Concentration camp ovens
These oven were used to cremate the bodies of the dead prisoners. It is still arguable if the German solders used this as a form of killing the priosoners. It is known that they put more than one body in at a time when it was just meant for one. This caused the ashes that were sometimes given to the family members not to be just their relative. |
